Are you referring to a writ of mandamus? I don't think I need to look into that. I am hoping I get my OWP now that I have AIP, or receive COPR in the very near future and the OWP can be cancelled/forgotten.

Congratulations!!!!That was quick!!btwn how many days you were given to submit the proofs?was it one month or two?I received AIP today!
I printed my letter and tried to apply for OHIP right away. After waiting in a socially distanced line for almost an hour, I was told I have to go to a full-service Service Ontario to get OHIP with the AIP letter. :-( I'm going to see if I get COPR next week, so then I can just return to the Service Ontario closest to me to take care of it. If not, I'll make the trek to City Hall.
Thank you! 1 month.Congratulations!!!!That was quick!!btwn how many days you were given to submit the proofs?was it one month or two?

Thank you and that's what I'm hoping. I'll give COPR a week to come. If I don't get it in a week, I'll try again at a full-service office with my AIP letter. I currently have private health insurance that can only be cancelled and refunded with proof of Provincial health coverage, which is why I'm trying to get OHIP as quickly as possible.Congratulations! That’s fantastic news and I’m really happy for you!
Regarding OHIP, maybe just wait until you get COPR. You’d have to go there again anyways after you receive COPR to update your status. For me, COPR followed shortly after AIP.
At least you know you got approved.Weird guys. I got approved on August 26,paid RPRF fee and received the email verifying the payment from IRCC on September 3. But since then, I still didn’t receive the COPR
Alright thank youThank you! 1 month.
Congratulation!Thank you! 1 month.
Thank you! I am American, but my BGC may still be underway, since it has not changed to "complete" in GC Key.Congratulation!
In the spreadsheet I see that your BGC had been started in early August and seems that it has finished very fast for you. May I ask you about your nationality?
Wish I could keep positive but it isn't looking good for me at this point :/Received email to confirm currently in Canada on Sept 17, 2020. Check ECAS today, status shown COMPLETED. When I click the status it has more detail information. It shown that my husband entered Etobicoke IRCC on Sept 25, 2020 and become a PR in CANADA !!! Still waiting for the official CoPR. Keep positive and keep safe.
