I got mine on Tuesday, 23rd September. I had applied on 3rd August SDS from India. I called the IRCC number from India and asked if a case officer had been assigned and if there were any VO notes. They said there was a officer but no notes. 20 minutes after call I received my AIP in Gckey.

Nothing to do with call. Pure coincidence. They also don't have detailed access to file.

It’s IRCC Canada and you could be on hold for approximately 30 minutes or more. The number is +1 (905) 676-3640 or +1 (905) 612-5416. The number is usually busy you have to call continuously many times to get through. There is a thread on a person making calling to IRCC can’t find the link now.

Are you referring to person who called via Google Hangout and it was some airport number?? Is this above number direct number of IRCC??

Yes but I called normally so make sure you have international calling pack otherwise can be expensive. There is no directly number you have to call the airport and go through to IRCC
