Yes, we had to submit copies of all those documents as well... they won't process until you provide. When did you guys apply? In August 2018 or more recently?

We unfortunately have been waiting for the last 25 months. We provided those documents in the very beginning since we dealt with an immigration consultant in the beginning... he gave us this recommendation. He told us the more proof, the better.

Thanks for sharing! Hoping they'll be true to their word... very discouraging for us that have been waiting over 2 years now. It was about time for them to get their act together!
Let's hope they do... I'm personally not convinced. Let's keep each other posted and fingers crossed.
