Congratulations,hope you can get DM tomorrow. On the other hand , I think it is unfair. IRCC doesn‘t process the case depend on when it is submitted. Many cases from July to September 2019 AOR didn't get any thing, but they give DM to the cases of 2020 FN now. I hope you can get DM or Corp soon, but IRCC is unfair.

Are there any exemptions to medicals for example people living in Canada longer than 4years or everyone must take medical for PR?

Right now there is no exemption for medical .
So many applicants are waiting for MR from august 2019 aor

Yes I have outland dependents. My eCAS changed to Decision Made on Sep 1 than on Sep 12 it was changed to in process again. Now today it is changed again to decision made.
