After 1 month I received my CSQ, Finally, I just received Medical request today!

Hi, I am an Inland Quebec Sponsorship applicant, we just sent the CSQ request last week and we got the payment applied to the credit card yesterday. How long will it take to get it now on COVID times? We don`t have an AOR from the CSQ.
