Canada citizenship application - Minor proof of identity

Hello All -

I'm planning to apply for citizenship this month and I have a query regd my kids application.

My kids are living in US currently and they don't have school of record & Immunization report which are part of proof of identity. I only have

1. Passport
2. Health Card --- but the card doesn't show my kids full name... Since her first name is long, they have shortened the name

my kids name is "SAI SUBRAMANYAM VALLURU"
First name: SAI SUBRAMANYAM
Last name: VALLURU

but in Health card it shows as "SAI S VALLURU"
But in the passport name is spelled as "SAI SUBRAMANYAM VALLURU".

Will that be a problem? what else I can provide as a proof of identity? Please help!

I don't think, it would a problem because most of middle names are abbreviated usually. Since it is written fully in passport, you are good.

And also we included my kid school report cards also (just in case.) and received AOR in Feb. If you are already a citizen and applying for your kids, then I don't think you need school reports. Good luck!
