Sorry, this might be a super dumb question, but I got an Invitation to Pre-arrival services. Does this mean pre-arrival? I read the letter, but it does not say much about pre-arrival. It just says how can I can benefit from this service. Your input is much appreciated

Does anyone know if an applicant can travel after they receive their pre-arrival? I know its not the final decision, but I was just wondering what happens if I were to Travel outside from where I had applied and what if they ask for my passport while I am traveling. Any insights on this would be helpful. thank you

I know its not the final decision, but I was just wondering what happens if I were to Travel outside from where I had applied and what if they ask for my passport while I am traveling. Any insights on this would be helpful. thank you

Yes you can travel, if you got PPR you should return home and submit it. I would not submit from outside your home country, you would be out of the country without a passport, not a good idea.

Sounds like they stamped it there's a Document number starting with a 'T" announced which is COPR.
