Documents uploaded through Webform

Hi all, I uploaded some documents through Webform (High School transcripts, IELTS and a corrected Family Form) on the 14th of Sep and I still haven't received an email acknowledging receipt of those documents. Typically, how long does it take for "the powers that be" to actually receive uploaded documents through the Webform portal? The second question; is anyone aware of any instance where a document was sent but was never received or just ignored? Thanks in advance my forum friends.

You'll receive acknowledgement after 7-10 days.

I believe it varies from office to office. For me, it usually takes 2-4 days.

Do you know if the replacement documents submitted via webform ever appear on the GCkey profile after youve received the confimation email. My additional documents dont appear on "view submiited documents" folder and its been months since getting the agents confirmation email.

Not necessarily. Also, it depends on the document you are replacing. Oftentimes, they just tell you that they confirm the reception of your document and that is it. What they allow you to see is just a brief glimpse of what happens internally.
