Minor PR renew application signature

Hello all,

I am applying for PR renewal card for my minor kid below 5 years old. I am bit confused with the signature section. Do I need to sign only the declarant box and check the Mother/Father check box? (or) Do I need to sign both boxes (because the second box says signature of parent).

and also there will be no tax filing for minor, but still I think it's better to provide the SIN number, right?

Hi is the minor application same as adult OR different? what you write in history for child?

The application form is same. I wrote Kid at home. It is a bit confusing. Hope they will not return it.

I signed only the Signature of Parent box and checked "Father/Mother" box for my minor child. Application sent and approval received in 2021.
