Edmonton here as well , we are in same timeline !

I talked to IRCC agent last week , irrespective of IRCC offices all the PR cards will be printed and dispatched from Sydney , NS . No matter what we have to wait with patience . Hope everyone will receives PR card soon !

Ottawa office is working again,
Received PR card for spouse yesterday. Photos and letters received by the office on June 23rd, 2020.

I hope this will give some relief to people who are waiting for the Ottawa office.

Ghost update - August 21
Approved and card mailed - September 15
My daughter's card still submitted although she also had GU on Aug 21.

Someone asked that had GU and no approval. It took me almost 4 weeks in between. I have no idea which office but the way they work is weird.

I didn't really get a ghost update, the status changed to "approved" without sending me a notification

I sent our photo to Niagara office, Sep. 11, l wonder any one have sent to that office?
My file was H&C. Got my CoPR email, Sep, 8. Please let me know any information that help me to estimate the ETA of our PR card?
