If any government employee holding an official passport of any country meets all the requirements can apply to the federal EE or PNP? Is there any restrictions for other country’s government officials to be selected?
You are free to apply if you qualify. If any government employee holding an official passport of any country meets all the requirements can apply to the federal EE or PNP? Is there any restrictions for other country’s government officials to be selected?
What do you mean by official passport? I thought you were referring to a normal country passport - which is an official passport. Are you saying that you hold a government / diplomatic passport? But in some threads I’ve come to know that they don’t give visa on Official Passports. Isn’t that true? I’m confused. Suppose after completing all the steps they would say that, this passport won’t serve the purpose. Then what to do?
Suppose if the service law is not allowing to apply for a PR to other country, and the employer isn’t agreeing to provide an experience letter or reference letter then what to do?You are free to apply if you qualify.
Suppose if the service law is not allowing to apply for a PR to other country, and the employer isn’t agreeing to provide an experience letter or reference letter then what to do?In general, I believe there may not be any restrictions from IRCC side but your country may have restrictions if you are in Canada on official government duty on a diplomatic/ govt passport. If there are such restrictions from your country, then IRCC will scrutinize your applications accordingly as per their agreement with your nation. This is my opinion not a legal advise.
