Morning guys, I received my COPR yesterday afternoon, see below timeline:

COPR (from Local Visa Office) Sep 13, 2020. (It's a Sunday, I received an email notification says I have an update in my account, after I logged into CIC account, I see an information letter sitting there!)

Wow!!! Yes, that was fast. Congrats again.
My file was processed at Sydney, I’m not sure if they transferred it to Winnipeg Local Visa Office or another one. I got DM on September 04th and I’m still waiting for the CoPR. I’ll keep everybody posted once I get it and which Local Visa Office sent it. Best of luck to all of us. Cheers.

Yes the letter is under CIC account, bottom section. It is an instruction asking applicant to send a copy of COPR letter as well as one copy of photo to the Visa Office listed on the letter (my case would be Winnipeg VO). In the mean time, you can use COPR as the proof of PR (driver's license, renewal of SIN, health coverage etc.)
