Hi all., quick question, is it normal for background checks and review of eligibility to start before medicals have been passed. Worried that the trend has been medical passed and then background check in progress.

I have a question , my brother is a Canadian PR holder ,he got his PR through express entry almost two years ago . so is there any possibility that my processing time will be little less as they did all the scrutiny for my brother and considering the fact that i am his real brother, will i get any benefit ?

No you will not, your application is independent from your brother’s application
