No, they don’t accept return labels. You should just follow the steps on VFS and send the email etc.

I do not have access to application login dashboard, company attorney is filling applicaiton and keeping with themself.
iI think primary was Edmonton and seconday was both of US VAC, when I called IRCC support center.
