it is seemed that something very wrong happen in the online application, they refuse it within 05 days from the application date !

The funny thing that The biometric she will do it 15 sep (dat after tomorrow)
She never apply for Canada before, that seemed be very strange she apply with agent on 08 sep evening and the visa get rejected 11 sep that was almost 48 Hurs !!

Applying while living in third country is usually difficult to be approved, she needs to show strong ties to her country of citizenship which it doesnt seem she has. You should order caips notes to maybe get clearer reason.

please order for your gcms notes. there is a thread here for gcms notes timeline you can find out the exact reasons. then i hope she was going for a degree or post graduate not ordinary certificate.
you should also list all the documents she submitted for proper advice . lastly please make sure to get the notes then reapply paying some part of her tuition fees first at least. with your profile you should have applied for ordinary tourist visas first as you have good travel history

They refused your wife's permit because they determined that she would not leave at the end of her temporary stay

She living in use for the last 05 years, she is my wife and she working here also I own share in travel agent here in uae for more than 05 years now also we got two cars here in uae and two apartments in Egypt with around 220k cad beside the heritage I own from my family in Egypt beside my personal account here in uae with 50k cad with my wife account cash flow spent in living with around 80k cad for the last six months
Over all we offered bank statement for three me my wife and the company with around 120k cad !! Do you think that is not enough !
From the other hand I did not provide document for my heritage in Egypt it the two apartment I have or the cars we have here .. do I have to provide that also ?

frankly i am not sure what she was applying for, my wife was following up with agent in Canada for the same.
she was applying for Collège Supérieure de Montréal, is it degree or post graduate ?
i will take your advise for guarantee and search behind that before i get back to you .
