I was so surprised! They sent us AIP on Sunday around 2pm and then we recieved biometric request for foreign dependents a few hours after that.Congratulations. Does IRCC work on weekends?
Are your parents in Canada? if I am asking because in the middle east the first day of the week is Sunday. If they are in the middle east that makes sense if not this is something new.
My mom (main applicant) is in Canada and my dad (dependent) is in Pakistan. The letter we received was from Mississauga Processing Centre.
My spouse is also in Pakistan. The visa office for your father would be Abu Dhabi if I am correct?

Thank you. I mailed my application to the visa office in Cairo and for a tracking number that shows the application was forwarded to the IRCC, then within 7 days there is a notification that IRCC sent a decision envelope to the visa office and I have to collect it and I have no clue what the decision is or how I can collect it. I’m afraid they are asking about something or saying they cannot process it now.
So to our surprise, the Visa Office for Pakistan (as mentioned on the website) is Abu Dhabi. However the AIP we recieved says that we need to send documents to London office.

You should definitely call the helpline and ask! Don't waste any time.
How long before PR? Do you know if those with dependents outside get pr or have to wait dependents to fill the required forms?Congratulations
