You will send them a webform inquiry asking them to update/replace documents. They will give you an option to upload files. You can upload multiple files at that time.

Nonsense, even someone in the age of 60 can migrate. Get a job offer, apply for Provincial nomination that requires a job offer. Apply for EE as FSW. You will score enough even with zero points for age. Age is completely irrelevant other than for lowly qualified applicants who have nothing else to show for.

This is True, my immigration lawyer told me the same, That age does not matter, the lawyer told me that i need CLB 9 ielts, CLB 7 TEF and maybe a 1 year certificate in my home country in addition to my bachelors degree and at least 3 years experience. Do you think i could a PNP if i used my CLB 9 ielts and a bachelors degree and 5-6 years work experience. Should i go for it or i would need french too?

I need your help to know that IRCC has not taken decision on my study permit application for fall 2020 intake yet and I don’t get deferment from college for winter 2021 intake. Then,

If I take admission in other college for winter 2021 intake, should I require to apply again?

If no, should I inform IRCC in Web Form by uploading the new LOA of other college, new fee receipt and new SOP as well?

Yes, you should send your new letter of acceptance through the webform.
