I have one question please help me out with this.
My friend applied for study permit extension in July. Today he got an email from Ircc asking for official transcript But the problem is he missed his last two semesters due to medical problem. Will it be issue for him?

1. Yes, it is going to be a problem unless he has Doctors reports to clarify his illness.

Official transcripts are a requirement for SP extension, so it would have been better to provide the transcripts and explain the issue, not pursuing studies is a violation of his permit.

Would also include permission for leave from the school in addition to doctors notes and an explanation why studies were not possible.
