Hello Guys, I had ADR in july and submitted Documents already. They also requested my spouse (outside canada) police certificate as well. My question is recently there are changes for PC like before we submitting PC from commissioner office and now there is change that have to request from Govt of India/ministry of external affairs. As my husband is not here from where (in india) he have submit Police certificate?

My Timelines are:
PR file submited- Feb 2018
AOR- Mar 2018
Spouse added: May 5, 2019 file tranferred to Winnipeg office on May 15,2019.
ADR: July 2020 including Medicals for both.

I guess Winnipeg office is very slow.. However Calgary office working on applications And many people are getting COPR.

Thanks. My bar show 100% and 21 month gone. I think ircc take more 6 month for everthing done.

Can i apply visitor visa for my wife. While waiting for pr result? For that do i need NOC B level job?

you can apply both a visitor or work permit but it really depends on processing time right now its six months for a work permit and same for visitor visa. you should be full time employed and yes in NOC O,A,B

Just want to give you guys hope. I got my pr today. July 29 winnipeg office asked for adr n medicals for both of us. N today after almost 2 months i got my pr.
