Depends on the agent too, some could be more junior and some more experienced. Some might want to confirm more details than others etc.

FWIW my application was near perfect with all of the documentation required supplied and more and I've been sitting on Waiting for Information for 3 weeks with no update.

I don't think they'll be opening the stream again this year - they've already got 4800+ nominations issued as of August 13, and they did a few rounds of EE streams after that.
My lawyer sought all the documents without even missing a months pay slip or bank statements. For e.g I've submitted 3 years or bank statements and pay slips. Rather than just first and last month's.

Guys, according to the official website they take 90-120 days to process PNP applications under the FW and IS stream, however many people here seem to be taking around 1 month to get their nomination. Any idea why? Did you get any additional document request?
90-120 days supposed to be the maximum deadline.
In my case, for instance, took almost 5 months;
It depends on different aspects;
If all documents you sent them out are clean enough;
If someone from your company did/or not the same process before;
If your NOC is not in too many demands;
If it is not in Christmas time;
If the agent who got your process did not get vacation
and bla bla bla..

when everything runs perfectly, you can get it very quickly.

I think there are several different reasons for that.
1. They are accepting only 1300 application at a time, so the processing might take less time then in the past.
2. Completeness of your application and how easy it is to verify the information provided.

for me specifically, I already had an LMIA, and the employer is a pretty old company that employs more than 50 Canadians, so I think it contributed to quickness of processing.

Hello members,

i need urgent advice. Initially, my ielts score was L: 8.5, R: 8.5, W: 7, S: 6.5, but i was 100% sure that I did better in my speaking section. Because i scored 7.5 or more in my previous two ielts exams. The day i got my results mentioned above, I updated them in my express entry profile. Later my friend told me that if would have scored 0.5 band more in speaking my CRS score will increase significantly. So, just to check I updated my speaking score from 6.5 to 7 in my express entry profile, that gave me 20 points extra. Immediately, I requested EOR, but i forgot to change my speaking score back to 6.5 bands. In the mean time i got an ITA with wrong ielts score. The good thing is after receiving ITA I received my EOR results and it was a success, my speaking score changed from 6.5 to 7. Right now it matches with what i got the ITA for. Should i proceed or decline the ITA.

I am a CEC inland applicant my crs with updated ielts score after EOR is 454. I am not sure if I decline the ITA, the CRS cut off will be lower.
My first advice: It always good, you have a chat with a lawyer
Second: check if your new score has a different data, actually, the website uses the "moth" as a period... if it does not... proceed with.
Last but not least: if you have point enough to the next draw.. decline the ITA and wait for the next one... probably you will receive again. =)

Hello All,
Am new to the thread, out-land applicant, after trying for more than a year with EE, could not get enough score to get the Invite. I have finally got a employment opportunity in Ontario. Now am planning to apply through OINP Employer job offer : Foreign Worker Stream. Requesting for below suggestions :

- When will Ontario opens this stream again ? I Heard every year they have some number of applications to invite, are they done for this year ?
- What documents i should keep ready for this ?
- Anyone has check list who can share so keep them ready ?
- Any one from 2232 / 2132 ( Anyone from Mechanical Engineering back group) , Licensing mandatory ?

Thank you !!!!

Hello, I am newbie to this forum with Inland Canada status. Received the approval for OINP- FWS on the 10th Sep for the application submitted on August 2nd.

While I am reviewing the document checklist, they requested for Birth Certificate and Identity Certificate. As i am Indian citizen, i do have accept AAdhar Card. Is it accepted for Identity and Birth Certificate.
If it is not accepted for Birth certificate, what are the other document to be provide for this , is Notarized 10th Certificate accepted
