Ghost Update from Submitted to Updated

Hey Guys ! I've just witnessed a Ghost Update in my GC Key account from "Submitted" to "Account/Application updated" and then after logging in again it is again showing "Submitted".
Any views regarding this ??
What does it mean ?

I also had same since yesterday and today got requests for more documents and medical was updated yesterday too after this, means they're processing our application

But as far as I'm concerned about my application, I've submitted every single required document and I believe I haven't missed anything in my application.
I've submitted complete SDS application with biometrics and medical upfront.

Bro when u got the application moved to submitted for the first time... Mine changed to submitted from your action is required after a month.. Im wondering when it will

It changed to "submitted" the next day I applied i.e. I had applied on 24th June and it started showing "submitted" from 25th June...and just today i noticed "Updated".
