Accompanying kids on student visa

Hello everyone .

Hope all doing well. So I want to come to canada for a 2.5yrs BBA program. I am female 31 yrs. I want to bring my kids along who are 9 and 7 yrs of age. My husband will not accompany me as he will be working. We also have 3 properties back home. Is there anyhting to consider in taking the kids with me? Anyhting that might get mine or their visas rejected? I will really appreciate any response from anyone who went through a similar situation. Thank you all.

Their father is a pilot, he works odd hours and therefore can't give kids enough time.

I do not have any family in Canada.

I have completed high school in 2007 thereafter did a 6 months certificate course in business accounting. I have been working as an accountant in my home country (Tanzania) for 9yrs. In the past 3 years I have stayed in 2 different countries as my husband is a pilot he chose to work abroad. In those 3 yrs I have not been able to get a decent job in the 2 countries we lived as I only hold a certificate. Therefore i want to get a degree to increase my chances of getting a job where my husband choses to work.

Both my kids are girls, the eldest is diagnosed with ADHD. That's why I want them to be with me instead of the father due to his work.

Also I will choose to do the BBA in a university not college will that help?

Also will travel history help? I have been to 12 countries of which 1 is UK and 4 in Europe. My kids have been to the UK as well.

That all sounds good; travel history and lack of Canadian family helps. Make sure to focus in your letter of explanation/statement of purpose on why you want to return to school after such a long gap and why the kids can't stay with their father. Why Canada and which university? They will wonder why you are not studying in Tanzania or somewhere else closer to home or more affordable. Emphasize your ties to Tanzania and how a Canadian degree in particular will improve your employment prospects.

If anyone is going to be approved for a bachelor's from an African country at age 31, it sounds like it should be you, but unfortunately they are probably still going to assume your intent is to immigrate permanently.
