Recent AORs by e-mail or regular "do not forward" mail?

My question is to those people who have received their AOR in the past few months (during CO-VID). Have you received AORs by e-mail or regular post? If by post, did the envelope have the stamp "Do not forward"? on it. Thank you so much.

Everyone I know on every forum, got AOR by email. No more postal mail especially in pandemic.
