Wow!!! Thats a big deal... massive congratulations on that long wait!!! Thats well over 2 years, im just 16 months and im already fed up with accra office. Massive massive congrats!!! Thanks for giving us hope.

I re-did Medicals last week. I am also waiting for PPR. Is your VAC office open already?? What instructions did you get? You are the first person from the American contient that I know has already received PPR.

I still have no visbility why my PR is stuck ,I stay in Toronto on WP and had applied for PR in Dec 19, My application is through all stages and is awaiting for COPR printing,(As per new rules (covid) candidates inland dont require to do landing again and thier application ends with COPR printing).
Few Week back an officer from IRCC called up to verify my details but after that no update,On calling the IRCC they say that they dont have visibility . Entire process sucks big time now .

Yes my country VAC has already re open since august 10th, they ppr email came from Trinidad VO,they sent instructions requesting PAssport and Visa size pics ,how to send it etc
Also in the email stated how long my copr will be lasting for , until 2021 .an entire year.

VO Mexico instructed me to do so, since my medicals had already expired.
