I have only found a single person who has had a study permit approved since 18th March, an EU national in Hong Kong, on this forum.
My daughter received notification of first stage processing on 19th August from London, her GCMS notes will arrive in a couple of weeks, I expect them to show her permit was approved mid to end June.
