You have a Work permit and your wife ?? In any case you have to get an Authorization letter for your wife and kids only then you can travel. All the relaxation is only for PR folks.

She has Open WorkPermit and Son has StudyPermit.... I have closed Work Pemit- Intra company transfer

yeah still you will need an authority letter.

I called IRCC call center and they told me my application is approved. but I have not received passport request letter ? Anyone having same problem? Any idea what is happening after approval.

Yeah, I got SIN once i landed. Does'nt take more than few hours. Things have changed now but it shoud'nt be very tough.

Nope, I just crossed, asked specifically about this. Needa go to Service Canada after quarantine.
