I paid $3500 for an immigration Lawyer but this was because I was denied once and I did not mind paying this much for

As others have said you don't need a consultant. $1700 is a ridiculous fee to ask. You can do the entire process on your own for $150.

There's no age requirement for a study permit but if you have been out of school for 15 years or so and seem to have a stable career then they will wonder why you suddenly want to pursue education in Canada. You would have to explain why a Canadian degree will advance your job prospects in Korea, and show that you have strong social and economic ties there.

I believe the easier way for you is the new rule that has been introduced where tourists can apply for specific jobs in Canada..Jobs include Truck driving, Web Development, Data Science, Care givers, Farming. One iccrc agent and Canadian lawyer named Ravi Garg in India charges between 200 to 600 Canadian dollars ..fees depend on ur file complexity... however file submission fee is only 150 dollars +85 for biomatric if ur applying for first time

Not how it works. check this, if this law applies till borders open which is a high probability then he can travel to Canada since South Koreans don't require a Visa

The policy only applies to people who were already in Canada on or before August 24. OP cannot simply travel to Canada as a visitor now as their travel is not essential. Also an LMIA is still required.

Can you stop being derogatory and insultive...you are not a licence agent or Lawyer so no one has perfect first hand information...if you want to look for unessesary fights or quarrels you can start with punching the walls...if you want to offer advice then talk and quit all this childish talk....

I don't say so, the website says so. Simply pointing out facts is not an insult directed at you or picking an unnecessary fight, it's to ensure people get good advice.
