Hi m wondering if any body who apply super visa from India, got any new update? As they said vac will be closed month of September but I read some where on the website that closed vac can request passport request via courier or mail ? Please share your experience, my mom’s visa approved since July.

My mom’s super visa already approved in July now m waiting for passport request. Biometric was done in January when I submit application. But VAC in New Delhi is still close . I was wondering if someone have any new update.Hi, I am in same boat looking for this timeline. When you say visa approved in July means visa approved but now waiting for biometric?
What are the steps, flow for supervisa. Application > Biometric> Approval > Passport request for stamping?

There is no timeline right now, my mom’s medical and biometric every thing was done before the lockdown in India and in July I got to know her application is approved. What is your timeline ? Thanks. I have yet to apply for my father. I was asking to understand that if I should apply now or wait for VAC to open as I dont understand if VAC is a show stopper and at what stage. After apply for you father’s super visa you need to provide his biometric, if VAC is closed then he can’t give the biometric I guess. Medical will be the next step.Thanks. Thanks. Medical I am planning to do in advance. So while the VACs are closed, I can do medical, and apply online. Then after VAC opens can expect biometrics. What else is there as the steps. When does the approval happens. Yes biometric is mandatory. I got biometric request for my mom next day when I applied online in January.

Also, how many days do they give to submit biometrics.
I think they gave 90 days to submit biometric these day and I think they will put the file on hold until the steps are done. Cause they need to verify the background after getting the biometrics. But you should call them and ask for specific information from the specialist.
