I got a full-time job (Noc B) with 4 months contract through an agency but they are saying I will not get an offer letter but I will have to sign a document from Labour Ministry.

So will this experience will be considered for Express Entry? Your help will be much appreciated.

There is no labour ministry in Canada.

Well, there is a Minister of Labour (Filomena Tassi), but this has the hallmarks of a scam.
