Yes you can. You should write in explanation box applicant’s name and make your payment.

I will write an explanation to them and I’ll print the passport request letter again to attach it with receipt.
There is a box if you have online banking you can see it . If you transfer the money from the bank they understand the receipt also.

About to get our passport back will be depend on how fast they are . It’s around one to 2 weeks . Don’t worry any more and my advice for the one who got the PPR Just be ready and pack your bags and whenever they send our passport try to buy the ticket right away

That's great. You can go through VFS website and you'll be able to chat with an agent online. Feel free to ask anything in regards to submission of passport, they gonna help you as well as I'm not Turkish but I could pay the amount to Garanti BBVA account as given in the website.

for me, whenever they send our passport back, I will buy a ticket.
For September and October the tickets are so cheap and try to go to Canada before Christmas .

Let your spouse try the chance if he pay the amount otherwise he will be able to pay it through Garanti bank if he has TC KIMLIK ( yabanci kimlik ).

Can you tell me what did you tell them in Garanti bank ?
I had written account info on a piece of paper and I told them that I wanna send 157.50 TL to this account. They asked my KIMLIK and I put it on his desk and I told him that the description should be PASSPORT TRANSMISSION AND ONE-WAY COURIER SERVICE.
Actual amount was 157.50 but It was paid 160 TL.

we already sent the passport and photos yesterday with the ppr letter and it cost us 107 TL For delivery.
