Hello,
I have a little query about my student visa process.
I applied for my student visa in November 2019 with IELTS score overall 6.0, L-5.5, R-6.0, W-5.5, S-6.5, as my intake for diploma course was in January 2020, unfortunately my visa got refused.
Now iam planning to apply for January intake 2021, retook IELTS and received my score as overall 6.5 L-6.5, R-5.5, W-6.0, S-7.5 with this score can i reapply for the same diploma course as last time? Will this score be okay for a diploma or graduate programme or will my visa get refused? Iam really worried Someone please help me out.
Thank You.

You can always reapply but of course you may be refused again. How old are you, what diploma did you apply for, and how is it relevant to your previous education and work experience? Can you explain how will it advance your career back in your home country? Do you have adequate proof of funds? What reasons were you given for your first refusal?

Hello there,
Iam 19 years old and undergraduate ive completed my intermediate in 2019 march from commerce background. Ive applied for International Business diploma course last time, In the mean time when my visa was in process i did this short term course from KIDZEE preschool, which includes Teacher training, Day care and training on how to open a preschool, as iam planning to do a schooling business back in my home country i thought this KIDZEE course will be beneficial for me. The reasons of my visa refusal were, 1: No Sufficient Funds, 2: Language Ability, 3: Not genuine student, 4: They are not satisfied that i will deport canada by end of the stay. The funds which i showed in my GIC account were 10,300$ and ive paid my 1st semester fees which is approximately 10,000$. Also i made a Fixed Deposite in my mother's account of indian rupees 8 lakhs.

Can you show those 8 lakhs under your own name instead? Did you explain why studying in Canada will help you open a schooling business in India? It would also be better if you had at least band 6 in every IELTS category.
