Received biomtric validation letter on IRCC. Account at the end of letter there is address of canadian embassy poland .
I applied online on 25 june (online)

Is it normal or not ? Because people usually get messages from canadian offices or Dubai office

-one of my friend received correspondence letter and refusal letter at the same time, from poland embassy. we both have same profiles.

paid first year fee and bank statement 50K CAD


Rejection reason:
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit.
