Hello all,

Today my wife and I received each a message from IRCC requesting medical exams. The subject is "Medical Report - Section A Client identification and summary (IMM 1017E) " and is a pdf with "Medical Examination Instructions" and the IMM 1017 form.

Our AOR is 08/01 and we had our medicals passed on 27/01, no reason whatsoever was given for this new request, as for the PDF we have 30 days to submit it. We did the medicals exams on 13/12/2019.

Has anyone heard of it before? @legalfalcon ?

I honestly think this is some kind of mistake, but well, what can we do.

If your previous medicals have not bene linked to your application, then you may see a new request for medicals. Immediately send a webform and seek clarification. With the webform also send your upfront sheet.

Also, under Group section, the latest update is on 11th of August and says it is on CN COVID PACE group - what does this mean and also what does CN stand for?

Being an active viewer in this group i would also share my query
AOR jan 20
Fsw outland
In july, my gcms notes 2 show ready for approval
But, notes 1 show update of child on kit, medical approved and sent to cost recovery(i have paid the dependent fee)
The i again applied for gcms in August and received the same same gcms today with not a single change in notes.
My question-: If my profile totally assessed and approved or do i need to regularly get an update from ircc regarding my file?
Notes 1 were updated on 15/6/2020 and no update since then

Hi All,
My PR application is approved today morning. I received letter of confirmation that I am a permanent residence now and have to submit my Photographs for PR Card processing.

Application Details are as follows:
1) AOR- 29th Jan 2020
2) Category- CEC Inland
3) Eligibility Passed- 11th June 2020
4) Application Approved on- 1st Sept 2020

I got my PR through express entry while residing in quebec. I have got direct landing letter stating that I have become a PR. I still have to wait for my PR card. Since I am in quebec I showed my intention to leave Quebec with my express entry application. Unfortunately due to Covid i am not able to leave QC as my employer is not willing to transfer me until things get settled and there is no clarity when this will happen. My question is if I can not move out of QC, will it impact my Approved PR. kindly guide with this

Strangely, I did not receive any call or mail from IRCC for Virtual landing. Got the letter mentioning that I am a PR now directly in my online account
