Quite chances that the officer already had made the decision as Eligibility Review Completed.

But how you think they will Give approval.. If they give AIP for applicant in phase one what they will do with spouse application??

If someone already has AIP with a combined app with dependents. They will get the visa if they pass the security background check etc. It's just my thought. I have been following this forum as a guest for years.

Not yet.. Mine eligibility review started around a month back after that no update..

I applied for SP with SOWP for my husband. I am a transfer student from US college and will finish my Bachelors in Canada. I received SP approval on August 28th in Information letter. However, my passport was not requested because of travel restrictions. My husband has to do a follow up screening on September 12th (medical exam). I applied for both of us on August 8th from Ukraine

You guys will get it. Combined applications are treated as a singles application as far as I know if I’m not wrong.

Thanks that’s how it ended up to be. I am only afraid that we put all financials in my application alone... so he raised a web form a few days ago with a question whether he needs to provide his finances separately since I got “approved”

that could be an issue as we have to provide the funds available to support but also could be different for people from US

I did state that he and my father are my primary sponsors. I showed his own bank statements under financial declaration in my app and proof that he has clients with contracts in his SOP as well as that business would be still functioning even with him being on a distance. I hope we still have some time to give additional info regarding his case since Canada is currently waiting for his medical exam conclusion

have you applied for her with your application? She will only get if you have applied and approved.

the same case is for my husband although we purchased GIC for three and showed CAD 25000 savings and also my husband job contract with Canada based company with contract details such as title, since, gross salary on company letter head.
