Submission of Passport to Canadian Embassy Abu Dhabi

Hi - I am a resident of Kuwait and had received AOR in May 2019. Two days back, I received email from IRCC to submit my passport to one of the centres for processing. However, due to Covid-19, the Kuwait centre is closed. So I cannot submit the passports in person. So I was thinking to courier the passports to the VO in Abu Dhabi.
Any idea if it is still accepting couriers and processing passports? Thanks.

ys they are. we have submitted our pasports via vfs doha . they recd them on 11 august.
we are still waiting for our passport!!!

I applied for PR (express entry), AOR is 1 dec 2019, still waiting for the approval, long wait..

Stamped and Received back within 10 day
