Can i update the mailing address when file is in Decesion Made status

Hi all . Can i update mailing address on file when the status is in Decesion made.? Will it reopen my file and delay the process further? Pls advice

Only take advice of those ppl who went across this situation, as my understanding is changing the address in this stage might delay your process as IRCC is already so slow.
