Does it effect permanent residency, if a food Service Supervisor is getting paid minimum wage as normal team member

Is this work experience in Canada? If so, then yes, that can be a problem. It can cause IRCC to doubt you are really doing the job of a supervisor and not allow you to use this as NOC B job experience.
