Work experience score

Hello,
I have 8 months part time Canadian work experience and 8 months full time Canadian work experience, but when I add my work experience, the system does not consider my work experience score, and it does not enter my profile in CEC pool.
If any body has the same experience or further information please share with me.
Thanks

Is your work experience in a skilled NOC? Do you have at least 1,560 hours spread out over at least 52 weeks? Have you entered all the dates correctly?

My NOC code 7205. I started working while I was full time student from May 2019 to Dec 2019. And I continued that job as a full-time employee since Jan 2020. I'm wondering if the system counts the combination or not?

No, you can't count any Canadian work experience gained while you were a student in Canada. You need to wait until next January.

Hi,

I have the same query, I was working part-time in a company from June 2022 to April 2024. I completed my studies in December 2022 and continued working part-time there till April 2024, after applying and later receiving my PGWP.

So, can I show my experience from June 2022 to December 2022 during my study permit separately and my remaining experience from Jan 2023 to April 2024 as a work permit holder separately while submitting an express entry profile? Even though it was continuous work. Just so the system could consider my experience as 1 year for CEC?

Advice would be appreciated.
