Hello, guys!
I am filling out an eAPR right and have a bit of confusion over address history and travel history.
So I lived my entire life on the same address in Kyrgyzstan, but I have traveled to the US in 2012 as part of Summer Work and Travel program where I worked and travelled a little to some cities in the US. I have included this info in my travel history.
So the question is, should I include my stay in the US in address history as well?

Another question, is should I list this activity in my personal activities section? I was in the US in between semesters of my studies in the university.

I assume your adress didn't change in the period you were on holiday. So no need to include in your adress history.
Unless you sold your home / canceled tour rent during those months.
You can mention it in your personal activiteit, buy no need to

Thank you for the response! Yes, the address never changed as my parents were still living there and I was living with my parents.

Dear Klaverveld, Do you think I should add any explanation in LOE if I decide not to include my time in the US in personal activities? The thing is I was working at a carnival, and we were moving to different towns every week and I do not remember what those towns were. And I was working there for cash so no paperwork was done.

With no kind of paperwork of what so ever you could have been there just for holiday /roadtrip.
I should mention it in your travelhistory and in 'workhistory' I should mention: sabbatical
