I have a residence permit but they refuse to receive a bank card Tell me, what could be the reasons?

Do you get the SA through mail or email? if email, then is it going to both sponsor and sponsored or just one of them?

My husband got an email with the SA pdf attached and I got an email saying i had a new message in my account and when I checked it there was an “elegibility pass” message that was the pdf

Same here - got both emails for SA and CIC.
But just logged in and saw that eligibility is still being reviewed

suggestion required. i never applied for a work permit for my wife and given all the unsurities with time im wondering if i should go ahead and do that now just incase

Oh, in your account or ECAS? I see decision made on ECAS but my online account still says reviewing elegibility. Did yoy get an email for DM too?

I just checked ECAS account and it says Decision made for us. We did not receive any email for DM.

Medical approvals 15 Feb 2020
I heard nothing from them until this COPR email. Didn’t receive aip or SA. I just checked gckey two days ago and changed to “reviewing eligibility” and today ecas said Decision Made. Just got COPR

it then goes on to say to print and send the letter with a photo etc

Dumb question, why do they need a photo? If for your PR card, isn't that what the 2 photos that were originally sent in for?

The photos have to be taken in the last 6 months so by the time they are done processing they require recent photos
