Hello,

I am about to complete my Express Entry Profile online but I am stuck on these questions on the Intended work in Canada sub section in Work History.

I graduated in 2018 from Humber College with a 3 year program diploma in Film Production. I've had a Post Graduate Work Visa since then that ends September 2021. Life circumstances threw me into a finance job since April 2019 and i still work there. The difficulties I have are answering some of the next questions

- Was a positive Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) issued for the job offer in Canada?
I answered no. As this wasn't necessary since I already reside in Canada (im assuming) and this step wasnt necessary from my employer.

- Does John have a valid work permit for the current job in Canada?
Yes, as mentioned above I have a post graduate work visa, an OPEN work permit

- Has John been working full-time for the employer on their current work permit for at least one year? (Or for an equal amount of part time work?)
Yes

Next questions are where I have difficulty.

- Four digit NOC code of current work permit (required)
My work permit doesnt have a NOC code, as I didnt receive this job letter while I was outside the country for a specific job. I received my OPEN work permit as a post graduate residing in Canada. But I have to pick a N0C Code here. My Question is Do I pick the N0C code of my job? even though my work permit has no N0C code attached to it. This is only confusing to me because my diploma is in a different field from the N0C code that i currently have a job in.

- Was a positive Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) issued for the current work permit? (required)
My answer options are
Yes
No
no - my work permit is exempt from an LMIA due to an international agreement
no - my work permit is exempt from an LMIA due to a federal-provincial agreement
no - my work permit is exempt from an LMIA for other reasons and is employer specific

As I mentioned in the beginning, I never needed to get an LMIA so i'm not sure what to answer

LMIA was not necessary because you have a PGWP.

Identify the best NOC code for your job. (your diploma is not relevant here, it simply does not matter that it was in a different field).
