Go to 47:00, the question topic is about "Deferrals". This answer is about people who defer. Which applies ALSO to those who change the course or DLI

Despite IRCC saying you "may" begin your classes online, it really is you "must" begin your classes online after the AIP.

So, people who got AIP got stuck.

Not really. They can choose to defer and get reassessed for eligibility. If nothing new crops up, they should get an approval again.

So one of my friends from Pakistan got his AIP on 14 August and received refusal today 31 August. How can it be possible and one of the reasons was purpose of visit which is checked in eligibility stage so what the heck is going on IRCC gone nuts.
Complete application medical passed, biometrics done..
Applied for masters program at Windsor uni under sds.
