Hello

All AIP recieved have name and adress in bold and capital letters

Secondly the case is refused in pakistan and we dont know whether biometric was done before filling or not

And based on reasons mention in refusal letter
I think he must have hide some information or this is just previous refusal with edited date

And u guys he got refusal on 31 august means sunday and immigration dont works on this day soo how could that be posible ????

I havent seen anyone getting decision on saturday and sunday

I know students paid the money to study from with-in Canada instead of online, but by deferring after receiving AIP kind of put the intent in doubt that the student just want to get in to Canada for PR instead of genuinely studying for the course that was suppose to start in Fall 2020.

Applications from Pakistan are processed in Abu Dhabi and Sunday is a working day.

Okay. Same situation with the other message posted. AIP is specifically for Fall 2020. If you defer it to Jan 2021, that make AIP and the processing that they have done useless.
But this doesn't make sense. They shouldn't refuse the application, they can hold 2nd stage. For instance, I had deadline of mid aug to defer. I deferred since I didn't receive AIP. But I haven't yet received the next LOA. What if I receive it later and receive a response before that. Obviously I'd be submitting the new LOA as soon as I receive it. But if they refuse my application on basis of that it'd be pointless.

Also, they didn't ask that you "must" start study if you get an AIP neither they gave an option to not opt for that. Because this whole AIP thing is their idea. We submitted regular applications and it's our right to defer if we want to not start study online after paying that "hefty" amount. This doesn't make sense.

I am not saying it's a definite reason for refusal, but it could be a contributing factor.

Let's agree to disagree on this. There's other side to this as well. Not all want that online experience and it's their choice, what's wrong in preferring an in person learning experience? Apart from the intent there are genuine reasons like time zone difference, stable internet connection, and self discipline to get through this. Without doubting the intent, the other side can be seen as well.

I am from Pakistan and belong to a village, internet only works on roof top, there's no stable electricity connection, let alone internet or pursuing graduate studies this way.

This definitely can be. But this way we can always see the "doubt ful" side of the picture and make that a reason without listening or understanding the other side. From people working as VO there, I expect better and this is sad given the context of this thread.

See, AIP was based on the application that was for Fall 2020 and the evidences provided in application was to support for that only. Now the LOA has changed, it could be a different program, different university, different financial requirements which could render original decision useless. New eligibility will automatically kick in if details of applications are changed BEFORE application is finalized.

What a chaos, all I wanna say is, if you're confident with your application and are optimistic , then don't worry or stress , it won't help. You've made it this far on your merit, and so shall you excel further. So cheers, I got my AIP, but hell yeah, if I get a rejection after it, it's gonna be detrimental, but like anything else, move and keep working hard. Either way, cheers. There are many less fortunate people in this world, that are having to risk their lives for basic needs. Well wishes.
