yeah ... for all those people saying "VERY LOW CHANCES OF REJECTION AFTER AIP ... NO PROBLEM" ...... we still have seen no one get an approval after AIP and the first case we see where someone gets a decision after AIP, the guy is rejected.

Well, I remember correctly that "Low-Chance rejection is equivalent to receiving AIP" comes from the words of IRCC webSeminars. People attending IRCC webminars weekly on Mondays and they did mention this question several times & same answer from IRCC.

They have stated travel history, which can be revealed with fingerprints,l. To me it looks like he has not disclosed required travel history which came to light after fingerprints were taken and that seemed suspicious to IRCC. If you don't mind can you think if this could be the reason??
Does travel history only mean about rejections in the last 5 years or we need to say all our trav history in sop as well.

It is so confusing... I havent had any travel history in last 5 yrs, but travelled to uk on student visa( dropped out from course) and business visa to skorea many a times.
Whats ur take on this

How can we trust that this document wasn't doctored?
Trust or not depends on ur!!! But IRCC laughed & said"" You guys are ***** up!! Congratulation for belief in AIP& our service! See how smart I am. ""

Which document you mean the AIP and refusal then you are gone nuts he is a friend of mine and he is really depressed and what would I gain by sharing a fake doc. Are you a consultant?.
I could not agree more.

We can't truly say if this document is real or doctored. It wasn't the applicant that posted it but a third party. I would take that with a pinch of salt.

Apart from that, it is very possible that the applicant may have misrepresented facts, failed medicals or criminality checks. It is even possible that the applicant submitted fake documents or there have been changes to his eligibility based on one factor or another. I really doubt if IRCC will give an AIP and finally deny an application for the type of reasons I see here (these reasons should have been enough for a stage one refusal to begin with). It just doesn't add up.

This is my opinion on this. Everyone should calm down

I bet this time they will answer something like " According to our website 2-stage process, we have emphasized that AIP does not guarantee 2nd stage you will receive a final approved decision". Words coming from mouth can fly!!!
what doesn't add is that he was rejected due to eligibility review, which he already passed before and received an AIP. There is seriously some shit going on here. I feel sorry for him.

Guys. I have a whats app group. Same document is being circulated everywhere and people on the group are saying its fake. So don't worry
I hope so. It doesn't add up to what they are telling us on every webinar. This could really be some trolling but I'm just hoping it's not true because it is really disappointing for the guy and all of us.

Yeah, I agree with you. Why was he rejected by eligibility reasons when he passed with AIP??? I have no idea. But honestly the fact that shitty 2-stage process can not be denied this year. Shame on it!!! Let's see if there are people bringing this case to IRCC webinar. Cannot wait to see their defends!
