March 2020 - Citizenship Applicants

My PR will be expired in February 2021. Now when Citizenship application has such a backlog, when I should apply for PR card renewal?
We just received AOR for citizenship app., I am not sure f we will receive the passports before Feb.
Any advice about PR card renewal will be appreciated.

This is a good question, normally you should start to apply for renewal PR card 9 month prior to expiration, but now the citizenship application is delayed so much, I would also like to get some inputs from more people that if we should be applying for the PR renew?

Please, someone, give us advise the above question

Right now ppl who sent their application in Jan/Feb/Mar are receiving the AORs. Usually it does take 2-3 months but due to COVID, it’s taking longer than usual. Since right now, Mar ppl are getting AORs, you can estimate when ppl sent in June and July will receive AORs.
I would suggest follow the post for candidates who submitted in June. That would give you an idea when June folks star getting the AORs.
