Visa refusal for Sept. 20

I applied for IBM in st.clair
Profile -B.tech in 2017 with 55%
+2=72%
2 year experience in same field
Ielts = 6/5.5 in one module
Reasons of refusal = 1. You will not come back to india after study .
2. Purpose is not reasonable in the light of your last education or academics.
What should i do now .
Can i reapply with now sop with answer of refusals . Please help with your opinions.

1. Stronger ties and the future prospects in your home country to be shown in light of this program.
2. It seems that you are changing your field (from B.Tech to International Business Management). It will require strong reasons and argument to support the same.

I have seen many refusals with good percentage and relevant course but 5.5 with one module. So may b ur band score is an issue. Try ielts once again

But i applied in wireless networking after working at clerical level in bank. Still i got refusal. I don’t knw how visa officers access the file

Actually m talking about the point where it was mentioned tht you course is not relevant with your study. May b this is reason. So i replied that mine was in my filed. But still i got refusal
