I have a written offer for next 2 years, 4 years in the same company as a permanent employee, and a closed work permit(Intra company transfer) with my employer's name. My questions are here:
Q1. Although my company has not mentioned in the offer letter that they will offer me the position one year after I received PR, they have clearly mentioned that offer letter validity is 2 years. Am I eligible to claim 50 points?
Q2 Was a positive Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) issued for the job offer in Canada? what should be the answer here?

Q3 Was a positive Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) issued for the current work permit? What should be the answer here in the below options?
