HI, I am currently working in a company for almost an year now and they are not pro to provide Job offer. However, i have an offer from a different company and they are planing to file for LIMA in case if the LIMA is delayed or not approved can i still use the new Job offer for claiming the 50 Points?

Unfortunately, no. You need LMIA to claim those 50 points.
Your current work will not write you a reference letter for the one year you worked there?

A reference letter is not a job offer (i.e., going forward) which is required for the EE bonus points.

I am working in NOC2174 software programmer with
- LMIA
- job offer says full time indefinite duration
- HR letter says permanent, full time position
- My initial Work permit was expired in Nov2019. It was renewed till Oct2021 by employer.
- Already have worked for same employer for 1.5years almost.

Will I get 50points even though HR letter doesn't say they will support 1year after PR etc.

yeah true, i wish i can get something exact words like theirs. I will request HR and see.. Thanks for your guidance.
