Hi guyz,

I am stuck at one point , regarding the financial proofs of the sponsor, my Dad has a good salary but the balance of his account doesn't suffice the total fees and stay of my course, I have paid one year fees of 15,000 CAD/- and GIC -10,025 CAD, total fees course 37,000 CAD/- , will this be fine, I am also attaching the bank statements and property evaluation certificate, please confirm if it is fine, as I am above 22 yo , will I be considered a dependent as my Dad is sponsoring my course and stay , Do I have to show my bank balance and my net worth , please confirm..?

I have been rejected for the level of establishment , will not leave Canada, future prospects /plans, missing mark-sheets /academic records , field of study not line of previous studies, language abilities.

How to explain Acadmic records, what do they expect?
Language abilities - scored 7 overall not less than 6 , y is this mentioned ..?
field of study not in line - changed from IT to Pilot training (any suggestions )

Any input would be appreciated .

Thanks
MA

The biggest problem is the IT to pilot switch. The Visa officer added the rest as cherry on top. It doesn't match your background which is why you were refused

Ya agreed but I had explained the change in my SOP when I was applying for the first time, I started my training in India and completed partially and than applied for Canada , I just did not change in one night.

Btw could you explain as to what is the academic record thing?

Means either you did not submit your previous grades (High School, Bachelor's) or you did and your grades are bad.

Apart from missing transcripts , could you please suggest anything to justify my low grades ..
I don't know... the problem is you have multiple issues to solve not just one. Even from reading your brief statements, I noticed the following:
1. Program switch is substantially different.
2. Missing grades, which you have explained is bad. Will lead the VO to question if you are serious about studies.
3. Why are you coming to Canada for pilot training, instead of your home country? Unlike academic programs, very hard to justify
4. You did not complete your training in India - why? Again, raises question about your aim to study seriously

You have to resolve all of these concerns if you want to increase your chances. How? I'm not sure

1) No doubt , I agree and I have explained all in the LOE stating why I changed the course and Y I chose IT as my primary career.

2) Yeah , I agree its a bit difficult on that...

3)Yes I selected Canada for the very prime reason i.e., flight training quality , flight training duration , and the exposure I could get through all this , and the value of this pilot license is renowned all over the world, apart from all these I will be able to get an opportunity to experience multiple weather and geographical conditions which will help experience the flying conditions which I won't be experiencing in India .

Y not India - Overcrowded Flying schools , due to which minimum duration is 2-3 years , safety issues, logbook filling malpractices, top flying institutes are taken over by the leading airlines for their cadets , so I am passionate about flying and would like to do it in the best way possible.

I have completed my ground classes and the exams associated with it which can be called as theoretical knowledge part and excelled in it, which has been done so that I can directly come back and convert my license , because one of the prerequisites for converting foreign license is to clear these exams .

Do not give false image of your home country, that impacts on your home tie reason. On basis of that they assumes you will not return to home country after end of you SP

THIS IS WHAT I WROTE IN MY SOP FOR MY FIRST SUBMISSION REGARDING NOT DOING MY COURSE IN INDIA

I am not so keen to pursue my Diploma in India because Indian education system concentrates more on theoretical part rather than practical part and in order to gain International exposure I have no choice but to pursue my studies overseas. So, most of the Indian students like to study in abroad universities. Studying in CANADA will give me a chance to meet different people, different cultures & traditions which will give me international exposure and I will also get international skills towards study and knowledge.

Abroad education gives me new friends, cultural exchange, develops my communication skills and also improves my scope of opportunities in my home country and across the globe. Even though similar courses are available in India, they are offered in limited number of institutions. So it would be difficult to be one among those who manage to get a seat, in short, the competition is extremely high. Even if we get one, we only study in the Indian community and do not have the scope to explore any other country.
