I submitted the application on 22 July and bio on 24 July. I am in Orlando. Is your F1 expiring or you are leaving your program in the middle?

Yes I am transferring. I mean I would be leaving here and joining. Same?

My visa is still fine, it’s not like it’s expiring tomorrow. But I believe after any visa expires, you have 60 days of grace period.

Have you considered applying for I-20 OPT? Now, the processing time for I-20 OPT application is similar to IRCC's, it is taking forever. But you can remain lawfully status in US while awaiting for I-20 OPT.

I am out of the US and there is no reason to apply for OPT since I am already transfering. Plus, I am withdrawing, which would make me ineligible for OPT since my degree is not finished and I-20 would be nullified
